Room with view explores what remains of our ability to truly see, when the window to the world is a backlit screen and the landscape dissolves into an unbroken stream of images, sounds, news, and laughter.
Two figures, a sofa, a television: the domestic space becomes a stage for reflecting on empathy in the age of overexposure.
Inspired by the slapstick aesthetics of 1990s variety shows and the syncopated rhythm of contemporary information, the choreography moves between comic gesture and emotional twist, between everyday fragility and physical complicity.
Because if we cannot bear the weight of the entire world, we can at least stay close and keep our eyes open.
Who is watching whom? And what truly remains, after having seen it all?
